- 6 taco shells
- 2 Cups of black beans (or other protein of choice)
- 1 tbsp of avocado oil
- 1 tbsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- Scallions, sliced
- Cashew Cheesy Sauce for topping
Heat skillet on medium heat and add oil. Add black beans or protein of choice with chili powder and salt until heated through. Fill taco shells with black beans and top generously with avocado, salsa, scallions and Cashew Cheesy Sauce.
