Cheesy Cauli Bites with Tahini Ranch

Recipe:
Cauliflower bites:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Core and Rind Cashew Cheesy Sauce - Bold & Spicy
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt + pepper to taste
Tahini ranch:
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt + pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Directions:
  1. Start by cutting the cauliflower into florets and toss in a large bowl with the rest of the cauliflower bites ingredients.
  2. Spread onto a parchment lined pan and bake at 425°F for 25-35 min.
  3. To make the tahini ranch, combine all of the ingredients together in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Add more water depending on the consistency you’d like.
  4. Serve cauliflower over greens or eat as a side dish with tahini ranch drizzled on top.
